To meet the unique requirements of implanted venous ports, we created a dressing specifically for port sites including an option for a transparent antimicrobial CHG gel pad. The other dressing's adhesive-free transparent window minimizes the adhesive in contact with patient skin and reduces the risk of the dressing sticking to the needle during dressing removal.
